Roles & Responsibilities

• Reconciling bank accounts, general ledger accounts, vendor accounts, and customer balances
• Comparing financial transactions between internal records and external statements
• Identifying and resolving mismatches, missing entries, or posting errors
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliation reports
• Supporting financial close processes
• Maintaining accurate accounting documentation and audit trails
• Coordinating with banks, auditors, finance teams, and other departments
• Monitoring suspense accounts and clearing outstanding items
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
