Key Responsibilities

1. Website Content

• Write, edit, and optimize copy for landing pages, about us pages, service pages, and product category pages
• Ensure brand voice consistency and SEO best practices across all web assets
• Collaborate with web designers to ensure copy complements visual layout

2. Product Content

• Create detailed, benefit-driven product descriptions that highlight features and solve customer pain points
• Write clear user manuals, FAQs, and onboarding guides
• Develop product launch copy for e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify

3. Blog & Article Writing

• Research and write in-depth, value-driven blog posts (1,500–2,500 words) that drive organic traffic
• Optimize all blog content for SEO including keywords, meta descriptions, and internal linking
• Develop content calendars based on keyword research and industry trends

4. Social Media Content

• Craft engaging captions, hooks, and short-form copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X
• Write scripts for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social posts

5. Other Content Formats

• Email newsletters, welcome sequences, and promotional campaigns
• Press releases, case studies, and white papers
• Ad copies for Google Ads and Meta Ads along with brochure content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional content writing experience (agency, brand, or freelance)
• Strong portfolio including website copy, blogs, product descriptions, and social media content
• Excellent grammar, storytelling ability, and adaptability to different brand tones
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
• Strong research and content structuring abilities
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, social media tools, and Canva
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
