Return & Refund Policy

At Nirwan Fintech, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products and claiming refunds, in accordance with consumer protection laws.


1. Eligibility for Return

Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Items not matching the product description or image.

  • Non-functional electronic items (subject to brand warranty terms).

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery (unless specified otherwise).

Note: Certain items such as perishables, personal care items, innerwear, and customized products are non-returnable unless delivered damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request:
    Go to "My Orders" > Select the item > Click on “Return” or contact customer support at:

    Our team may request photos/videos of the item or conduct a reverse pickup check.

  3. Pickup:
    If approved, a return pickup will be scheduled within 3–5 working days.

  4. Inspection:
    Once received, the product will be inspected for compliance with the return criteria.


3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Product exchanges are allowed for size, color, or replacement of defective items, subject to availability.

  • If not available, a full refund will be issued.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Product tag, packaging, or accessories are missing.

  • The return window (7 days) has expired.

  • Certain categories such as:

    • Personal hygiene items

    • Downloadable software or subscriptions

    • Food or medicine
