Terms and Conditions – NIRWAN FINTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

1. About Us

NIRWAN FINTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED operates an online multi-vendor marketplace under the brand Nirwan Fintech, connecting buyers with independent third-party sellers. Unless expressly mentioned, we neither own nor sell any listed products.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of forming binding contracts.

• Sellers must submit valid business documentation such as GSTIN and other relevant licenses.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.

• Platform misuse (e.g., fraudulent activity, hacking, posting unlawful content) is strictly prohibited.

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring all product listings comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Platform Usage

• Buyers: Can browse, place orders, make payments, and interact with sellers.

• Sellers: Can list products, manage inventory, and handle order fulfillment per Platform policies.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for any violations of these Terms.

5. Transactions

• All transaction-related terms (price, shipping, warranties, etc.) are settled directly between buyers and sellers.

• NIRWAN FINTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED acts solely as an intermediary and does not participate in the final transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content, including trademarks, logos, and text, belongs to NIRWAN FINTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.

• Sellers must not list counterfeit products or infringe upon third-party intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for product quality, shipping delays, or disputes arising between users.

• Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
